Return Policy

WE SURE HOPE YOU LOVE YOUR ORDER, BUT JUST IN CASE YOU AREN'T HAPPY WITH SOMETHING, HERE IS EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT RETURNING!

We accept returns of any merchandise that is unworn with original tags still attached. 

**We can exchange, if we have it in stock & your item still has tags attached/unworn & in perfect condition.

Damages must be reported within 4 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned. 

Items that are Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. 

We are NOT responsible for any damaged items due to not following washing instructions. Always read tags and hang dry mostly to have long lasting clothes!  

FINAL SALE ITEMS INCLUDE:

- All earrings

- Any clothing, shoes, or accessories already worn

- Anything marked “ON SALE” or discounted 30% or more

Returns will be issued in full for your item(s) to original form of payment, shipping and tax will NOT BE INCLUDED. 

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. 

**Final Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. 

 Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you.  

How should I send my return back?

Please refer to the Return Policy above and online to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.

Complete the return form located at the bottom of our site and ship your return back. Securely repackage your items. If you need a new return form, please contact therusticthreadb@gmail.com and include your order number.

Return shipping costs are not reimbursed by Rustic Threads Boutique If you received damaged or incorrect merchandise, please reach out to our Customer Service department at therusticthreadb@gmail.com so that they can help you with a return label.

RETURN PACKAGING

You are free to return your item(s) in the original packaging or whatever packaging you choose. Please do not staple any bags as it can damage the item(s). 

REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME

You will be notified via the email address associated with your order within 5-7 business days of your returns arrival at our Online Division. It can take up to one week to fully process your return and send your store credit. Refunds will be original form of payment.
